The Group operates through a number of subsidiaries:

• Solitaire Property Management Company Limited (Solitaire)
• Pembertons Residential Limited (Pembertons)

Both Solitaire and Pembertons specialise in residential property management. Together they manage over 33,000 units throughout the United Kingdom.

Pembertons specialise in managing blocks of flats within Central London whilst Solitaire operates nationally. They both aim to provide a professional standard of property management and to ensure that the estates they are responsible for are managed in at a reasonable cost.

Our services are used extensively by national and regional housebuilders as well as by numerous resident management companies. In the case of resident management companies we also offer a comprehensive company secretarial service.

Both Solitaire and Pembertons are members the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) and their management activities and related accounting procedures comply with the requirements of those professional bodies. Independent auditors certify annually that they have audited our client account and that we have fully complied with all client account regulations. In addition, both companies carry substantial professional indemnity insurance cover.

Holding and Management (Solitaire) Limited (H&M) is the owner of the freehold reversionary interest in many of the blocks of flats and rentcharge schemes managed by Solitaire.

Property Investment Portfolio Services Limited (PIPS) offers those interested in investing in residential property a "one stop shop" service by offering to source suitable properties for renting, providing through a leading mortgage lender a competitive mortgage to assist with the financing of the purchase, locating a suitable tenant for properties purchased and thereafter dealing with the management of the property.
